This is one busy shop, which is a good and bad.... good is that many people love their service, as I see excellent reviews for them before I came. The bad, is that it is very crowded and busy... on bad days you may need to wait a while. But they really took their time with everyone, answered all questions, and were very helpful. They have amenities like snacks and free internet, so I can work while they smog my car.
