I used this company for a furnace repair four weeks ago. I was charged 480.00 for a repair that other companies charge 300 to 320.00 for. After I complained, the tech, Barry Schneider, agreed the price was too high and that I would be given a new charge of 320.00 plus tax. As I had paid in cash at time of service, he would send me a refund. Four weeks later, I have not received any refund, but I did receive an updated receipt justifying the original charge of 480.00. Too late for me, but not you. I am retired and do not represent any company or service. My goal is to save others from companies like this. Questions-592-1137. Bill Yancey
