The manager we dealt with there is clearly a seasoned, top notch sales guy, as he knows how to lay the pressure on thick. With little room to negotiate price, if you do buy a car from them, be prepared to pull out your debating and negotiating skills for a fair deal.\r

Additionally, after buying a low mileage 'thoroughly checked and serviced' vehicle from Crest Honda in Nashville, I found myself spending nearly a GRAND in service repairs in less than 10 days. The service manager when contacted said there was nothing they could do. \r

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your Honda. Great cars, poor service. If you consider their 'thoroughly checked out car' with almost $1000 in service fees in less than a week a great deal then go for it. Just as a side note, they fired my sales guys a few days after my sale. Too bad, since he was the only guy I felt in the deal I could semi-trust.
Pros: It's Honda, what can I say? They are great cars, especially a new one.
Cons: Loads of calls while I was thinking about the car. Difficult to reach after sale was made. Poor service. Pressure tactics.
