Previously serviced our boat at Olympic Boat in Fife, but since they filed for bankruptcy we tried this place. Vonnie, formerly of Olympic Boat, is now at Commencement Bay so we felt pretty good about this pick. Vonnie forgot to quote 'plus supplies' when quoting winterization. At time of pick up staff was unpleasant and unhelpful, no greeting of any kind when walking in the door and acted like we were an annoyance rather than customers. Boat was not pulled out front even though they knew we were coming in to pick it up, keys weren't in boat requiring a second trip into the office where again we were again treated to staffs' poor attitudes and poor customer service.
