As an adult having orthodontic treatment for the first time I was not sure what to expect. At first impression this place seemed great. I had a consult with Mr Newhart where they were quick to get you to ""sign on the dotted line"" and cough up some cash. Then you get a friendly welcome call from Mr Newhart as well as a welcome letter from him. Cherish these moments as they are the last personal attention you will receive from him. This was by far the worst medical/dental experience of my entire life. The dental techs that do all of the work are unprofessional, often arguing if one of them is adhering something properly. Not the type of conversation you want to be hearing while two young men stand above you pushing and pulling on your teeth. There is literally ten chairs of patients at one time being worked on by the techs, not the doctor. After being in so much pain after one experience I got home to see that the tech did not even attach the wire to the braces. I have since left the practice and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Pros: Dr Newhart is super nice when he gets you to commit
Cons: horrible staff, assembly line set up, technique, pretty much everything
