I just got two puppies from a rescue group and they recommended this hospital. We were very pleased. The hospital was in a good location, the parking lot has assigned parking spots out front which is nice so you don't have to haul across the parking lot. We saw Dr. Snyder and she was very nice. She took time to explain a lot about crate training (we're having some major problems with these two!). She even went to the trouble of contacting a trainer for us and discussing our multiple puppy problems over the phone to see if there was anything else we could be doing. (that really surprised us that she would go to that trouble!). THe staff was really nice as well, I found that to be refreshing. I am used to front staff at medical places being cold or short and everybody's all rush-rush, they were just the opposite- very accomodating and sweet. I felt welcomed from the beginning. The lobby was also very nice and clean and it has a very clean kids play area which is great because we have 2 girls. The only problem was they didn't want to leave! I found the fees to be reasonable and the service outstanding. I will definately be coming back and have already told several people about my experience.
Pros: parking lot spaces marked, great staff, nice and quiet lobby, kids play spot
