I had never been to a chiropractor and, coming from a medical background with relatives who are MDs, I didn't have much respect for them. It turns out that my perceptions were ill-informed, at best...at worst, completely ignorant. Dr Halliday is a true DOCTOR who asks all the right questions, makes informed decisions and, most importantly, acts on them in a responsible and effective way. I had a program set out for me which included massage, stretching, adjustments (which, by the way, are very comfortable and not at all frightening), and home exercises which helped me recover so much quicker than I expected. That Dr Halliday and all at The Chicago Body Works spent time making sure I understood all that was happening and what to expect is a testament to his caring nature.
