I live in Toronto but was planning my wedding in Austin. I had picked out my ring at a Toronto jewelry store that was very hard to deal with. On a visit to Austin, I took my parents by Calvins, since they carried my ring, to show my parents what I had chosen. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was...from the security guard who opened the door to Lindsey, the wonderful saleswoman that worked with me. Even though I was just showing my parents a ring and not buying anything, they treated me like their best customer. Once I was back in Toronto I began working with my local jewelry store who were awful. After receiving an email from Lindsey thanking me for my visit, I decided to email her back and inquire about purchasing the ring from Calvin's. She emailed me back promptly and had a substantially lower price than what I was quoted at other jewelry stores. I decided to purchase my ring from Calvin's and could not have been happier. I dealt with everything via email, making the transactions super easy, and never had to worry about anything. Lindsey informed me every step of the way. The next time I was in Austin, I picked up my ring but noticed it was slightly different than what I wanted. Without a second thought, Lindsey sent back that ring and ordered a new one at no additional cost. They were so gracious and I couldn't believe how easy it was to deal with them.
