I needed a monthy cleaning service since my original maid was not available. Since Mission Maids got great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I called them and they quoted me $58 an hour for 2 people, approximately two hours of cleaning time. When they came, there was 3 people, which is fine, because it should take less time, but this was not the case. They charged me $200 ($185+tip) to clean my small, one bedroom apartment! I usually pay no more than $80 with my other cleaners (my apartment is small!) I have no idea what this team of three were doing for 2hrs, but it was no more clean than any other time. Very dissapointed, I did not time them or watch them while they where cleaning, but I wish I would have. When I called customer service, they told me that the price was normal for a ""dirty"" apartment. That is fine, but my apartment was not even close to being ""dirty"". All I needed them to do was to clean the bathroom and kitchen, the only places I don't deep clean myself. Very sad they overcharged me, I don't like to be quoted one rate and then end up paying twice as much for doing the same job. NOT RECOMMEDED.
