I understand that this company has to order parts and can't control all its processes, but we were put off three weeks past the promised due date, with no explanation, and the office made no attempt to accommodate us in any way.  ""The part will get here when it gets here.""  Choice customer service quotes include, ""We don't do nothing for no one.""   ""Rose,"" the ""manager"" is not interested in solving customer problems--she is outwardly impolite and impatient and totally unsympathetic.  I have been completely unable to reach the owner, Danny Espinosa, to lodge my complaint.  I strongly recommend that you avoid this company if there is any possible alternative.
