I have a Mazda tribute that needs an oil change. Before I was going to the store I called up Sears Auto Service for a quote of the standard oil change for my car. I was told by a guy named Deen that it is a little bit over $30. However, when I went up there and pulled my car into their garage, I was told by their supervisor Rick that price has to be $41, since I have at least to use the so called blend synthetic oil. I felt very disappointed about the way Sears Auto service does its business with their customers and walked away. I swear that I will never ever going to send my car to their auto shop for service again.
