These guys were good. We went to start up the furnace and nothing happened. We called Hinding and they were out to our house the same day. Our furnace was very old and we knew it was about time to replace it. They went over a bunch of options with us and decided to replace it with a high efficiency unit that came with rebates and tax credits. With the rebates, tax credits and efficiency savings this furnace was a great investment. CORRECTION to my review yesterday. I did qualify for the high efficiency rebates for my furnace, but the tax rebate will not be in effect until 2009. It was an option but I couldn't wait on the installation until 2009, my furnace was shot. Sorry about the confusion in my review yesterday, hopefully this one clears everything up.
