Front desk is very disaorganized and not very friendly. I was not given a full treatment because the person before me had been 15 minutes late. I was told I would have the same therapist but they wanted to shuffle me between people. They leave you and never check on you- The environment is unpleasant- awful lighting, terrible music, endless talking between the staff and little attention to the clients.
