I don't even have the energy to write out how horrible the customer service is at Mary's. I don't believe even one of the positive reviews posted on this blog. From the second I walked in I was treated like a second class citizen for NO reason....I would have bought any dress in the store if I had wanted it AND I had 14 months lead time before the wedding. So, there was no excuse for not wanting my business. However, Mary and the receptionist were totally unhelpful and very rude. Plus, I was completely turned off that the designer tags from all the gowns had been removed and Mary was selling them as her own creations! This seems illegal to me.
Pros: none .... none .... none
Cons: Marks up gown prices; Rude owner; Poor customer service like one would expect in a strip mall.
