We did alot of research on cable versus different satellite TV providers. We chose Comcast for their TV/Internet/VOIP bundle. The initial setup was a little problematic. They sent a tech that could not install new outlets! We were a little angry because this was identified by us from the first request for service. There was a mix up between the call center and the techs. The second appointment took most of the day, but the technicians were very friendly and made sure we understood all of our new equipment. We have been very happy with the products so far! more
