Food could be okay at times, but not really Mexican, more of an Americanized version of Mexican, but the margaritas were enjoyable and they made their own chips. I used to go to the on in Greensburg, PA, where a friend worked. Fun place for happy hour and nachos, if you like large chain restaurants. Very big in the '80s. All U.S. locations have been CLOSED after a hepatitus A outbreak a few years ago. Outback bought the properties for its own chain locations, but ultimately sold most of these properites, some of which are empty ghost restaurants. Amazingly, there may be a few Chi-Chi's locations overseas that are in operation.
