I have used Lanier a few times, and only a few because they have helped me so much over the phone! When something is wrong with my car, I'll call Lanier and tell them the car's problem. They are happy to explain to me what they believe is wrong and since my husband is handy... they tell me how to fix it or bring it in. WOW!
