I own a small business in Portland with 4 locations. We needed a commercial grade color printer for our corporate office and got quoted what seemed to be a good lease deal on the surface. What we didn't know, however, is how LOUSY this company is at helping you when your leased equipment breaks down. They NEVER return phone calls, and they love to put you on hold forever and then are often downright rude on the phone. Regarding the contract, they had small print (that I obviously missed) allowing them to charge me an insurance fee that I didn't even need! When we finally got a hold of a representative to fix this obvious rip-off, we were told ""too bad!"" and lost thousands of dollars. I WARN EVERYONE: this compay is corrupt in more than a hundred ways... stay away from them if you want to protect your business!
