After having some problems with the Fancher store we were contacted by Wayne Cayko the district manager and he assured us the heater was correctly installed and we wouldn't have any problems with it when changing the water. He was able to get us additional information for the control panel that answered all our questions. He explained that Apollo was being bought by his company and they had some issues they were addressing. We are very happy with our new spa especially now that all the problems (mainly communication) have been rectified. It has so many jets it's hard to decide where the best seat is! We also like the feature where you control the 4 sets of jets individually so if just one person is in the tub you can conserve energy by running just those jets. Our two 4 year old grandkids love to get in gramma and grampa's hot tub, they especially like the volcano and the changing lights. Alana Kenner
