I have been in the store twice and each time I have never been approached if I need help and they were very rude. Won't look at you, nor offer assistance. They didn't have the products I was looking for which were solid color napkins and plates, something a party store should carry. I also was needing balloons and to try to find someone to help me with this simple task was a pain. I went down the hill and found Occasions Party Store which had the colors I was looking for at a better price and my balloons. Never again will i go into Party America! I found my new party store!
Cons: poor customer service, no manager on duty, not locally owned, didn't cary my product
