Having incorrectly 'repaired' a waterline at my business, I asked for a partial refund of the re-negotiated, overly expensive price tag. I was pointedly told by the owner's wife that 'I obviously have PMS,and must be having a really bad bay' and they would, under no circumstance, return any part of the moneys paid.\r
I found this to be rude to an extreme, unprofessional, and down-right ugly.\r
I would never suggest to anyone to hire these people.
