I bought my bedroom set from Becks and the 110 lbs, 5'2 tall delivery guy cannot get it throught my stairs. I called the customer service to complain and landed on Stacy, that's my worst day..she was rude, unprofessional. You just feel like they are doing everything in their power to get the store get into some type of bankcrupcy. Those people don't want to sell, they care less about customers; finally, I have to return the items and go get them at "One Stop Furniture" (916-927-1847). With exactly same items, they did not have any problem getting them TV memoire, drawer through my stairs...
