We had Nick's install a sprinkler system and they did a good job--so we hired them to maintain the yard of a rental house we own. That turned out to be a big mistake. I authorized 6 hours of clean-up, was told it took 9 hours, then was billed for 11 hours. I stupidly paid it and attached a note to the bill asking what was up. Never heard a word about it. This summer I think they mowed the lawn TWICE and they were supposed to be there twice each month. They never showed up in September at all, and we were out of town so couldn't check up on them. Found out from angry tenants--which are not the best kind of tenants to have. Nick's is fired. I would not recommend them to anyone.
