Tucked away in a little house on Grove Way in Hayward is the Grove Way Bonsai Nursery. Walking in is like walking in to a beautiful Japanese garden. Owner, and bonsai master, is Johnny Uchida. Go for classes, for advice, to purchase bonsais, or like me, go when your bonsai is in trouble or needs to be repotted. He is truly the expert.
