My pup got ticks the last several times she stayed there. They said she probably already had them but I know for certain she didn't (I get her groomed regularly, etc). They also forgot to give her a bath twice when I was there to pick up after boarding and charged me for it. To their credit they refunded the bath after I got home and noticed and called them. They seem to have room for boarding a lot but unless other places are booked I wouldn't really recommend.
