We called and explained the problem we were having with our TV, they not only knew exactly what had happened, were totally honest with us when they said ""time for a new TV"". We have heard many friends pay 100+ to have a service person come to their home and tell them this! It was great to deal with someone honest on the phone and not get charged for a service call!
