I was craving KFC so I went to have a meal with my daughter. We were from out of town. The service was very RUDE. The cashier gave me the wrong food. I told her that I did not order it because I did not like green beans. She was rude and replied, THAT IS WHAT YOU SAID YOU WANTED. She fixed the order with a bad attitude. I asked for a manager. SHE was the manager. I contacted customer service via their website, because they refused to give me a complaint number. I never heard back from the company. I am now boycotting KFC!
Pros: KFC food is great!
Cons: Manager needs an attitude adjustment!
