Our old units were screaming for replacement in June-you never think about the problems until they happen and we didn't want to be caught in the heat this year. We found Cool Max to be the best fit for our budget and what we wanted. \r
We purchased a heat pump, furnace, humidifier, Air bear filtration system and digital Tstat. What really sold us was the warranty that is on our units. We waited to send this review so we could compare the utility bills. WOW.....we've save $50 to $60 each month on our electric bill. The dust problem is gone- we got the humidifier so our hardwood floors won't dry out this year, no more sore throats and static zaps will be resolved. \r
Cool Max were very professional and came up with some solutions: lifted our heat pump up in the air so the dogs could not go the bathroom on it or decide it was something they would like to chew on; came up with a duct system to heat & cool our basement. \r
The Installers, Techs and Office personal are a great team of people to work with, they are very family oriented and thinking ""GREEN' . They are up-to -date on all the modern technology to keep up with todays every changing products. Showed us where we were loosing our heat and air because of the ducts were not being sealed properly. \r
Some of our neighbors that we have told, have taken advantage of the coupons/specials that Cool Max is showing on their website. \r
We are truly satisfied by saving money and enjoyed a COOL summer. Would recommend this to all of our family and friends...............
