In-house communication is very poor. The Vet coming on duty was not informed of our situation, leaving many questions.\r
Communication with customer can be misleading. Test results were not shown to me, even after asking multiple times, with a followup letter. \r
Pet care is questionable. Nurses openly disagreed with Vets.\r
Beware.
Pros: Quick in, no wait.
Cons: Poor service all around.
