My wife and I recently purchased a car from the Auto Gallery in Hayward. We seen the car nicely advertised on the Internet with plenty of good quality pictures. Hayward is over an hour drive from were we live, so I called Auto Gallery before heading down. Shervin answered the phone, was very polite and answered any questions I had. Feeling good about our phone call, we headed over to Hayward. \r
The car was in excellent condition just as described on the Internet. Shervin immediately provided the Car Fax report and Blue Book value on request. He answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. \r
We never felt pressured and were treated very nicely an overall excellent car buying experience. My wife absolutely loves her new car!!\r
