This company is horrible. They will not call you back, and if you finally get them out to your home, they will not fix your plumbing. We, too, were forced to use them through a home warranty company. They came out and replaced the drain seal in a bathtub. A week later, the same problem was still going on. So, I called the home warranty company and never heard back from the plumber. Finally, I talked to the rude old lady at Mid TN Plumbing. She said she had left numerous messages with me and that I would not call her back. She also lied to the home warranty company and told them that I would not call THEM back! Again, I talked to the lady. She said her husband was on the way to my home. Finally! I waited for over an hour then left. I called her back (and of course they did not answer) so I left a message that I had not heard from her husband. After about 30 minutes, she called and said she quoted me the hours from 8-12. Complete B.S.! We never even had an appointment set up! I think these people need to get their stories straight. Then she threatened me that she was going to call the home warranty company and tell them that SHE can't work with ME! Ooooh, this place makes me so mad.\r

Do not use this company, especially if assigned by a home warranty company. They are simply going to take your deductible and run. How can these people call themselves plumbers?!\r

The only reason they get 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars. This place IS going to rip you off...that is if you can get them on the phone or out to your home. DON'T USE THEM!
