I called first chance I got, and ""BOOM"" was shocked and the sweet response I was received from the delightful stylist. Erin actually called me herself instead of some lame receptionist who doesn't know the first thing about my hair questions. I was so impressed. This would be my first time at almost 30 years old to color my hair and I was literally shaking in my boots. She walked me through every step of the way, first boking me with a consult to show me color swatches and comfort me before the ""real"" appointment.
