I rent a condo at this HOA and have this neighbor that lives in my building and she drives me nuts. She is a short little drunken lady who has a real foul mouth. She is always walking around intoxicated and I have seen her stealing furniture from the pool and taking it to her unit. Who is pathetic enough to steal plastic furniture? I am afraid to park my vehicle next to the beat up pieces of junk. One of these days she will be driving drunk and smash into my car. I think her name is Erika and she lives in unit #285. Warning! Stay away from her. She has harassed my family for a long time now. ***Update***(10-14-08) I heard today that the she-devil is moving by the end of this month. I heard it has something to do with some committee getting rid of bad renters who don?t like to follow rules. I think my corner of the complex is going to have a party after she moves. I originally gave this place a bad score because of the hassle I had with this one individual. It wasn?t really fair to give a bad score to a company that wasn?t even the problem. I finally turned in a complaint to the office and the next thing I knew it was solved. If I knew it would have been that easy I would have done it a long time ago. So I apologize for the bad things I said before and I have erased them from my review. I also found out these are not apartments. Owners buy them and they can rent them if they want. From what I have heard, a majority of the people here are not renters. I met a lady today who used to rent out her unit but with today?s economy she sold her house and moved back into her condo. She invited me into her condo and I was amazed by how nice it was. She told me her unit isn?t even as nice as most of the other units here. I wish my unit had Oak cabinets and Granite counter tops and hard wood floors like a lot of these other units have. Maybe I should stop renting from my landlord and purchase one of these units.

Cons: Paying rent instead of owning.
