I lived in this complex for 6 years because they were cheap and that is all I could afford at the time, but now that I am not longer living there I am so glad. When I first looked at the apartment I asked who the owner was and the manager wouldn't tell me that should of told me to run away. The apartments have an off white carpeting which is really hard to keep clean, I lived in two different apartments in 6 years and they charged me for the carpet to be replaced in each apartment even though the last apartment I lived in was not in bad shape. I know that one room needed to be replaced but the rest did not. I felt like we were always being watched because the owner's son (who is an idiot by the way) works there and tells everyone's business. Many noisy neighbors also. Once I had mold going in the bath tub and ceiling they told me it was because I didn't clean my bathroom well enough. I could go on and on... If I could do it over again I would move somewhere else even if it was a little more expensive. This place is full of weirdos and goes through manager like crazy.
