They went to bat for us up against a local dealership and fought tooth and nail for the dealership to do the right thing. They refused to replace a part that Heaton had caught as being recalled. \r

After numerous trips on his own time (any other place would have made us do all the running around with the dealership!) he was finally able to get the part replaced and the fee knocked off that they were planning to charge us just for looking at the car, even though it was a recalled part.\r

Bottom line...I'm never taking my care anywhere else!
