This company seems to have an agreement with the developer, and doesn't act in the interest of the dues-paying members. Even though the the building is nearly all sold and the residents are nearly unanimous in their unhappiness with UNC, the developer Board is forcing this company on us. Large unexplained payments were made to the developer, a very inexperienced staff person was put in charge of managing problems, there is no tracking or response to the many issues that arise in a new building. Ex-policeman Ron Shearer does the Board's job for them during meetings, and then publishes false minutes. All the ""HOA"" decisions are made back in the developer's office, and not in open anyway. \r
All sorts of promises of a community website, a community users group, complaint tracking, etc fell by the wayside, and now Ron says ""he's not very technical"" --Except the UNC website still promises these ""technology driven"" services. \r
Use this company if you want to get ripped off, or if you are a developer who wants to rip off buyers... \r
