I would check them out very carefully before hiring. In the condominium I live in, the Homeowners Association dues where used to pay for the electrical expense for the second Phase of construction. UNC raised HOA dues by 5%, according to them, because of unusually high PG &E electric bills. We now know why they needed to raise our HOA dues. We are in the process of trying to recover the HOA dues that were used for the construction of Phase II of the development. In my opinion, not a company you can trust.
