I would not recommend this apartment complex due to lack of communication, lies and none compliance. When I first went to view the property I was given a price that suited by budget. But when I called that Monday I was given another price for the same apartment and the junior was the price I was given. So I opt out of that one and got the junior version of the apartment, which was the price I originally received. This was no big deal for me it included water/sewage and a washer/dryer was included. But than I started noticing other things, it took forever to receive a gate key, when I called in a work order for my sink which was leaking all over my bathroom floor. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix. My soap dish fell on my foot and I called a work order in that took them along time to fix, approximately 2 months to be exact. Later in the mail after five months of living there I get a water and sewage bill in the mail after I was told before I moved in that water and sewage was covered. I would not recommend anyone who values good service and promptness of your request. My motto is pay on time receive service on time and Jasmine at east Orlando is not one to feel confident in.
