Just tried this salon today- great experience! I tend to be selective about my hair and am new to the area. I'm not hard to please as long as the stylist likes what they do and can do it well, can read my style/taste and cut according to facial shape/hair texture, curl, etc. Unfortunately, you don't experience that everywhere and there are few places that have gotten it ALL right: atmosphere, price, quality. Pilo Arts did a SUPERB job of doing just that!
Pros: Good location: on the ""Boulevard""; No hard upsells on products/services--I'm more inclined to want to ask/purchase them if I don't feel pressured!
Cons: Don't take Discover- Can't put tips on credit cards, so bring extra cash!
