I called Bob's because I believe in giving my money to small businesses. He came out and repaired my washing machine which is just over a year old. The bill came to just under $400. Problem solved. . .so I thought. Just three weeks later the same problem arose. After 3 calls and being told several times that Bob had no idea who I was, I finally spoke with him in person and said he would call to schedule a house call. When I returned his 730am call he was very upset with me for ""not answering and wasting his time"". After managing to drag this out past his 30 day guarantee, Bob told me to ""find someone else because his work is out of warranty."" I was blown away!! When I tried to reason with him and asked why he wouldn't stand behind his work he hung up on me.
Pros: Did quick work initially. Friendly once face to face
