I do not have a TV, so I depend on internet for news, entertainment, etc. I have called TVMAX service department 9 times in one week. You can not get in touch with the ""Service Dispatch"" after 6pm. I know I tried. I called at 5:45 only to have the ""Service"" department told me to call back at 6:30 only to tell me ""Sorry, they are closed."" Yes, it did happen. Twice. There are no other options available for cable in Camden Sugar Grove. You can get a dish from Dish...somebody, but what good is that on a rainy day? If you have any choice at all, avoid these people. It took over a week for them to admit to an ""Outage? 3 or more constitute and ""Outage."" I as a customer should not have been the one to discover this provider's problem. And for me to get credit I must tell them how long they were out. It would seem that they company would know when they had trouble and credit accordingly. I'm now checking into wireless I-net through my cell-phone company. Anything to get out from under these incompetents.
