Wow, where do I begin. They are the most unprofessional, no good, lying, scamin', can't get their S**T together, most terrible cable service EVER!!!. I mean C'mon the damn thing dont even work!!!!! When you call they can't even assist you properly because they dont know what the hell they're doing. They just send the technician to your home who cant do nothing for you and is just a waste of your time. What's worse the Tech agreed with all my complaints and told me that he cant do nothing for me because the problem is with the digital service itself. He told me they are still doing upgrades to the boxes. So let me get this right , they know it doesnt work, upgrades are still being adjusted but they are going to force us to get the new boxes anyway....um sounds like a scam to me. Everything was fine the way it was before. But NOOO they had to change all the boxes, charge you more and add on extra fee's for some piece of S**T that doesnt even work. You can never check the guide to see whats about to come on or if you do its never accurate. And can someone please tell me what the hell is a 'NO EPG"" what the F*** do you mean NO EPG, I want to know what the hell Im watching instead having to flick through ever freakin channel. Oh and the best part.....when I'm watching a really good show or game the damn thing blacks out! Now what the hell is that about. AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! It really upsets the hell out of me! The worse thing about it they have a contract with my complex so even if I wanted to change service I cant. Where does this company even come from I mean who the hell is TVMAX, I've never heard of them....I guess this is why....
