I went to Pasillas for the first and only time last weekend. My family and I were going on a nice fall drive around Kamas and thought this restaurant looked cute, so we stopped to eat. We seated ourselves, it wasn't busy. The waitress that served us was extremely slow. There were 4 of us in an uncrowded place and it took us close to an hour and a half for this experience. I glanced down into my glass of water that I had already drank most of and noticed a fly in it. I instantly got up and told the waitress that she should be checking her pitchers of water because there was a fly in my glass and I had been drinking out of it, she just glanced at me and said ""sorry"" I was so fed up with her at this point. I told her this was 3 strikes against this restaurant. She didn't say anything else, she didn't offer to take a percentage off the check or anything. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I'd rather starve. Since I ate at Pasillas I've talked to others who have eaten there saying that they would never go back either and they also had horrible service.
Pros: food wasn't horrible
