The owner is meanest, rudest, person I have ever dealt with. He directed me to another staff member when I had a question and the employee told me that he would be better able to answer my question. When I went back to the angry man, he told me he wasn't going to answer my simple question without me buying something. Mind you I had gone to the store several times and he knew that I had bought several fish, plants, and supplies from his store. I was just asking which plants and fish he recommended. His arrogant and annoying know-it-all attitude has made me stay away at all costs. Even when it would be so much more convenient to go to that store. The first time I went there I had a simple question about water testing and he made me feel like a complete bafoon for asking about my water test kit, which he told me was sh*t and I should throw it away. At least recommend something else. It is a shame that a lovely store with great selection would be on my ""never in my life"" list. I don't think this person has ever heard of servicing a customer. Oh, and one final note, Don't buy the live plants unless you know how to get rid of SNAILS, Snails, Snails. They are everywhere in every tank.

Cons: Plants riddled with Snails, Terrible service, so-so return policy
