I have been going to Innovations for 5 years, have always had a wonderful experience. My stylist (Jody) is always fresh with ideas about my color, cut and different ways to style it for special professional and social events I attend! There is always an upbeat and energetic smile on everyone's face from the moment I walk into the door to the time I leave. I feel like 'she' truly cares about and listens to me when I have questions concerning my appearance and style being a busy working mother of 3; she is always resorceful and knowledgeable about the proper care and condition of my hair . I also take advantage of the spa card they offer and enjoy redeaming my points I earn for facials and massages which by the way is hands down the best facials I have ever had. I have had facials at a number of resorts and spas across the country ( I am in sales and travel all over the US)!
