MY SISTER LEASED HER FIRST CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. IT WAS A ONE YEAR LEASE. AT THE END OF ONE YEAR, WHEN SHE TRIED TO RETURN THE CAR (FOR AN UPGRADE) THEY TOLD HER THAT THE ""LEASE"" WAS ACTUALLY A LOAN THAT WAS SOLD AND THAT IF SHE WANTED TO TURN THE CAR IN, SHE WOULD OWE $8200. NOW, IN TRYING TO SPEAK WITH THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION, THEY KEEP REFERRING HER TO ONE OF THEIR NEW SALESMAN- SHE CANNOT EVEN SOLICIT A MEETING WITH THE SALES MANAGER OR DEALER MANAGER. THEY HAVE BELITTLED HER AND TREATED HER HORRIBLY. THE ORIGINAL DEAL WAS MISREPRESENTED AND INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH HER, THEY REFUSE TO WORK WITH HER. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A MISCOMMUNICATION, BUT FOR THEM TO REFUSE TO HELP IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
