Hi. I scheduled a repair on my DLP TV, told the operator that I needed a new bulb (a common repair with this type of TV), and set up an in home repair window between 10am-1pm Saturday (the only available time that would not conflict with my work schedule). Pros: None in my experience Cons: Late, didn't perform repair, impolite, left my TV turned sideways more
