I have been getting pedicures at Changes for several years. The few experienced technicians - and make sure to ask - are great! They are super friendly, and do a top-notch job. The pedicure lounge chairs are fabulous, the place is clean and strerile, and the technicians really take pride in their work. The setting is tranquil, and you're pampered with eye pillows, neck wraps, and blankets, which makes the whole experience very relaxing - well worth the price (spa pedicure $65).\r

The hair stylists are far inferior by comparison - even the 2 they tout as their best. Pleased with their nail services, I decided to give Changes a try for my hair. The manager recommended one of their 2 executive stylists/trainers. The cut was a disaster. I made two trips back for the stylist to fix it, and rather than being apologetic, each visit became increasingly contentious.
