I recently visted this salon for the first time and had a great experience! The atmosphere was very relaxing & calm. It was refreshing to visit a salon where I was not shuffled from seat to seat because of overbooking/overcrowding and there were no loud music or obnoxious staff members gossiping (very professional) On top of the environment, the professional I saw was very kind (not pushy or obnoxious, finally!!). In addition, I did not spend my whole day in the salon, although I received a cut color treatment. I hate when I visit a salon and am literally there for 4 hours because of the shuffling/scheduling issue. I am quite happy with my hair cut ~ very cute and tailored to my hair texture & face/body shape. The prices were affordable too, especially compared to other 'high end' salons. I will definitley return!!
Pros: professional, mature, creative staff.
Cons: hi/lowlights look a bit washed out :( maybe it's my hair?
