I took my van to Tires Plus to get the struts changed. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. When I complained of noises when I drove with the new struts, they just changed them out with another set. When that didn't help, they seemed to be grasping at straws telling me that the strut plates were bad and several other things. I ended up calling the dealership and they didn't even know what a strut plate was. I had to pay a second time to have the dealership fix the problem. I'm sure Tires Plus is good for tires, but I wouldn't recommend them for much else.
